Hourly Rate: $30 Members and $35 Non-Members
Full Day Rate: (Full day is 8 hours) $150 Members and $225 Non-Members

To reserve the Conference Room, please contact AAGO by submitting the form below.
- Rental cancellation will be accepted without penalty if notification is given to AAGO at least one (1) week in advance of the confirmed rental.
- If less than one (1) week cancellation notice is given, a $25.00 per rental day Cancellation Fee will be assessed.
- If no cancellation notice is given before scheduled date the full rental fee is due and payable.
- If the room is not left in original condition (chair & table set up, excessive trash, stains on carpet, etc) a cleaning fee and/ or set-up fee will be charged based on conditions. Renter agrees to remove food trash.
- If you request a specific room set up, there is a $50 set up fee. If classroom is not put back to original set up, there will also be a $50 set up fee.
- AAGO reserves the right to assign or reassign space based on the number of attendees and/or function.
- Renter agrees to hold AAGO harmless for any and all possible liability as a result of rental.
- Key Deposit of $100 is required for all rentals. Members will be invoiced $100 if keys are not returned promptly
- Any training conducted during rental of AAGO space can not compete with any training that AAGO currently offers.
