Classroom Rentals

Occupancy: Up to 46 people

Hourly Rate: $75 Members and $95 Non-Members

Full Day Rate: (Full day is 8 hours) $350 Members and $450 Non-Members

RENTAL POLICIES:

  1. Rental cancellation will be accepted without penalty if notification is given to AAGO at least one (1) week in advance of the confirmed rental.
  2. If less than one (1) week cancellation notice is given, a $25.00 per rental day Cancellation Fee will be assessed.
  3. If no cancellation notice is given before scheduled date the full rental fee is due and payable.
  4. If the room is not left in original condition (chair & table set up, excessive trash, stains on carpet, etc) a cleaning fee and/ or set-up fee will be charged based on conditions. Renter agrees to remove food trash.
  5. If you request a specific room set up, there is a $50 set up fee. If classroom is not put back to original set up, there will also be a $50 set up fee.
  6. AAGO reserves the right to assign or reassign space based on the number of attendees and/or function.
  7. Renter agrees to hold AAGO harmless for any and all possible liability as a result of rental.
  8. Key Deposit of $100 is required for all rentals. Members will be invoiced $100 if keys are not returned promptly
  9. Any training conducted during rental of AAGO space can not compete with any training that AAGO currently offers.
